Draft notice for review · September 8, 2026

Your calendar preference

The calendar is off by default. Enable it to connect to Cal.com for scheduling. Cal.com processes technical information and may use storage needed to provide the calendar. See Cal.com’s privacy policy.

What this website stores

After you make a choice, this site stores precedent-privacy-v1 in local storage for up to 180 days. The record contains the calendar on/off choice, the notice version, and a timestamp. It remembers both acceptance and refusal and is not used for advertising. A new browser or cleared site storage requires a new choice. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice only applies to the current page.

Optional services

The authored site contains no analytics or advertising tags. The Cal.com embed only starts after you enable it; browsing or scrolling does not count as agreement. Fonts and images are hosted with this site. Any future optional tools need an updated notice and appropriate controls before they are added.

Hosting and third-party storage

The hosting platform may use cookies or other storage for access control, security, and delivery. These controls do not manage the host’s own account settings. When you enable the calendar or visit Cal.com directly, the provider’s current services and browser settings determine what provider storage is used. No unverified list of cookie names or lifetimes is represented here as a completed audit.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use this page at any time. If the calendar is already running in another open site tab, a saved withdrawal reloads that tab to stop the embedded service. Clear site storage in your browser to remove the preference record. A withdrawal cannot erase cookies set on another provider’s domain, reverse data already sent, delete a booking, or control a separate Cal.com tab. Use your browser’s controls and Cal.com’s privacy options for those actions.

Contact

The business privacy contact is pending confirmation in the Privacy notice before public launch.
