Privacy notice

Draft for review · September 8, 2026

Who this notice covers

Francisco Gutierrez, based in North Dakota, United States, operates this website under the Precedent Systems brand. No LLC or corporate status is claimed. This notice concerns visitors and people arranging a discovery call. It does not replace a separate agreement covering lead data processed for a client.

Information involved in a visit

Delivering a website involves technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages, and request time. The hosting platform may process this information for delivery, access control, security, and operations. This site’s authored code does not include analytics tools, advertising pixels, an on-site checkout, or a direct lead submission form.

If you choose a calendar preference, a browser storage record remembers that choice and the time it was made. It contains no booking details. See Cookies & settings for its purpose and duration.

When you arrange a call

The optional calendar is provided by Cal.com. It is not loaded until you enable it. You can also open Cal.com directly using the booking link. Once you use Cal.com, it processes technical information and the details you submit, such as your name, email, selected time, and answers to booking questions.

The meeting organizer receives booking information to arrange the call and respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, sensitive personal information, or private customer records in a booking. A booking is not consent to promotional email or SMS campaigns.

Service providers and information sharing

The website host supports site delivery. Cal.com provides scheduling; its handling of data is described in Cal.com’s privacy policy. Cal.com states that it acts as a processor for bookings made through an organizer’s account and that data is processed in the United States, with some subprocessors elsewhere.

Fonts, images, and the demonstration components are served with this website. The demonstrations use illustrative content and are not live feeds of customer conversations.

To be confirmed: the calendar, conferencing, CRM, messaging, and other tools connected to the business; any additional sharing, international transfers, or legal disclosures.

How long information is kept

The calendar preference expires after 180 days. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes it earlier. Booking and business-record retention periods have not yet been confirmed; these must be specified before this notice is finalized. Provider retention may differ from Precedent’s retention of its own records.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can keep the calendar disabled, change your choice in Cookie settings, or book directly with Cal.com. Withdrawal stops future embedded calendar loading; it does not recall data already provided to the scheduling service or cancel a booking.

Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. The applicable rights, processing grounds, and request procedure will be finalized after the customer locations and business data practices are confirmed.

Privacy contact

Operator: Francisco Gutierrez, North Dakota, USA. A monitored privacy email and any required business correspondence details remain to be confirmed before public launch. Existing clients can use the contact in their agreement or invoice for privacy requests. You should not need to book a sales call to make a privacy request.

Changes to this notice

The finalized notice will show its effective date. Changes to optional services or their purposes may require a fresh choice before those services are enabled.
